When I was young I wanted to be an artist and marry a rancher, and although not perfectly accurate, in some ways that little dream came true! Today I create art through photography and I married a guy that makes maple syrup (which is technically classified as an agricultural business!). I also get an endless supply of sweet maple syrup, which is pretty lucky!
I started my photography business after I graduated from university in 2013. Over the years I have learned so much about running a business, photoshopping images, posing, and newborn safety. People often refer to me as a baby whisperer and I like to think of myself as a professional baby snuggler!

People are quick to hire a wedding photographer but I believe newborn photography deserves the same kind of importance, because the love you feel for your child is truly forever and you don't get to walk away from that! They are only this little for what feels like a blink of the eye and it is so beautiful getting to document your growing family. Long after you've packed away all the baby things you'll still get to treasure your newborn photos <3
One thing I strive for is to make you feel comfortable handing over your baby to me, newborn photography isn't just clicking a button on your camera, there is a lot that goes into safety and making sure your little one is comfortable in the poses. I have invested in and spent time learning from the top newborn photographers in the industry in order to be confident in my ability and skills.
